Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

  • Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.

  • Rest and acclimatize after your journey.

  • In the evening, a briefing about the trek and the itinerary.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Dhunche (1,960m)

  • Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (6-7 hours), the starting point of the trek.

  • Enjoy scenic views of the Himalayas during the drive.

  • Overnight in Dhunche.

Day 03: Trek from Dhunche to Sing Gompa (3,330m)

  • Begin trekking to Sing Gompa (5-6 hours).

  • Enjoy beautiful rhododendron forests and mountain views as you ascend.

  • Visit the Sing Gompa and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

  • Overnight at a lodge in Sing Gompa.

Day 04: Trek from Sing Gompa to Gosaikunda (4,380m)

  • Trek to Gosaikunda (6-7 hours), passing through beautiful landscapes and forests.

  • Gosaikunda is a sacred alpine lake, believed to be created by Lord Shiva.

  • Overnight at a lodge near Gosaikunda Lake.

Day 05: Explore Gosaikunda and Rest Day

  • Spend the day exploring Gosaikunda and its surroundings.

  • Visit the main lake and other smaller lakes in the area, offering stunning mountain views.

  • Rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

  • Overnight at a lodge in Gosaikunda.

Day 06: Trek from Gosaikunda to Ghopte (3,440m)

  • Trek from Gosaikunda to Ghopte (7-8 hours), descending and passing through beautiful forests and villages.

  • Enjoy views of Langtang Lirung and other peaks.

  • Overnight in Ghopte.

Day 07: Trek from Ghopte to Kutumsang (2,470m)

  • Continue trekking from Ghopte to Kutumsang (5-6 hours), passing through beautiful forests and Sherpa villages.

  • Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

  • Overnight in Kutumsang.

Day 08: Trek from Kutumsang to Chisapani (2,230m)

  • Trek from Kutumsang to Chisapani (5-6 hours), passing through traditional villages.

  • Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, and Ganesh Himal.

  • Overnight at a lodge in Chisapani.

Day 09: Trek from Chisapani to Sundarijal (1,460m) – Drive to Kathmandu

  • Trek to Sundarijal (4-5 hours), passing through forests and beautiful landscapes.

  • Upon arrival in Sundarijal, take a drive back to Kathmandu (1.5-2 hours).

  • Rest and relax at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10: Kathmandu Sightseeing

  • Explore Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.

  • Enjoy a cultural tour and shop for souvenirs.

  • Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 11: Free Day in Kathmandu
